Who we are
This Top Games UK guide is published on charvikent.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this guide and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Browser storage: your cookie choice, saved on your own device.
- Server logs: our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security.
We don't ask you to create an account and we don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your message. Messages are sent from our server to our inbox through our email delivery provider, and a copy is kept in a protected server log so we can confirm delivery. We delete messages once they're dealt with, and within 12 months at the latest.
External websites
“Play now” buttons take you to the publishers' own websites. Their privacy policies apply once you leave this guide.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. Contact us through the form on our home page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
