Responsible Play.
Free games should stay fun. Here's how we help — and where to find support.

Our approach
Charvi Kent is free entertainment for adults. There's no money to lose here, but any game can take up more time or attention than you'd like. We want playing here to stay fun, so we build in tools and point you to people who can help.
Keep it fun
- Decide how long you'll play before you start, and stick to it.
- Use the session timer at the bottom of every page — we'll also nudge you after an hour.
- Take regular breaks: stand up, have a drink, look away from the screen.
- Don't play when you're upset, stressed or tired, or to escape from problems.
- Remember that free games are not practice for gambling. Winning coins here doesn't mean you'd win real money anywhere.
Signs it may be time for a break
- Playing for longer than you meant to, or losing track of time.
- Feeling irritable when you can't play.
- Gaming getting in the way of sleep, work, study or people you care about.
- Thinking about moving on to real-money gambling to “win back” or chase a feeling.
Tools we offer
- Take a break — ask Player Care to pause your account for a period you choose.
- Restrict — ask us to restrict your account.
- Delete — delete your account any time from My account, or ask us to do it.
