1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you visit or use charvikent.com (“Charvi Kent”, “we”, “us”). By using the website — with or without an account — you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Who can use Charvi Kent

• You must be 18 or older and live in the United Kingdom.
• We ask every visitor to confirm their age when they arrive, and every new member confirms it again at sign-up.
• If we have reason to think a user is under 18 or outside the UK, we will close the account.

3. Free-to-play only — no gambling

Charvi Kent is a free-to-play entertainment website. It is not a gambling service. There is no real-money play, nothing to buy, no deposits, no withdrawals and no prizes of money or real-world value.

Our 31 games are original titles made by the Charvi Kent studio and hosted on our own website. Results in our games are for entertainment only and do not suggest you would have success at real-money gambling.

4. Virtual coins and levels

• Virtual coins are given free: a welcome amount when you join and a daily bonus you can collect once every 24 hours.
• Coins, XP and levels have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred, cashed out or redeemed for anything.
• Coins and levels belong to the account they were given to and are a limited licence to use within Charvi Kent only.
• We may adjust balances to fix errors, and we may change how coins, bonuses and levels work. Deleting your account deletes its coins and levels permanently.

5. Your account

• One account per person. The details you give must be true and your own.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• After five wrong password attempts an account is locked for 15 minutes to protect it.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account, or ask Player Care to do it for you.
• You can play every game without an account.

6. Fair use

Please don't:

• use bots, scripts or exploits, or interfere with the website, games or servers;
• try to access other people's accounts or any part of our systems that isn't public;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell our games or content;
• use the website for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

All games, artwork, sound, text, logos and code on Charvi Kent belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play on this website for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise the website or a game will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website means you accept the update.

9. Our responsibility to you

The website is provided free of charge “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law. Otherwise, as the service is free and coins have no value, we are not liable for loss of coins, levels or data, or for indirect losses.
